The Springfield Township Police Department exists to serve the residents of the township. Residents are encouraged to contact the Police Department at 729-1300 to report any suspicious behavior or incidences.
Our goal is to provide general and specialized law enforcement services in the most professional manner possible.
The Springfield Township Police Department has four full-time detectives to conduct follow-up investigations of criminal offenses. Other specialized units include two traffic safety, one K-9 unit, and two full-time school resource officers. The department also has personnel assigned to special countywide teams, such as SWAT, the Hamilton County Honor Guard, and D.A.R.T. (Drug Abuse Reduction Task force).

Programs & Services Offered to Residents & Schools
In addition to providing law enforcement services, the Police Department conducts programs such as the Citizen Police Academy, block watch programs, bike patrols, and crime prevention programs. These programs are available for presentation to residents and civic and business groups.
