Construction Estimate: $1,052,865.00

Property Assessment per Parcel:  $34.02 per year for 10 years

Project Location: Ranchill Drive, Montoro Drive, Pacora Drive

Scope of Project: This project is an extensive rehabilitation of 3 streets inside Ranchill Estates subdivision.  Construction will include the installation of new concrete curb, repairs to storm sewers as well as catch basins, significant full depth repairs to concrete sub-grade, removal of existing asphalt which will allow for resurfacing with  2 ½ inches of new blacktop. 

Funding Sources:

  • State Capital Improvement Grant = $526,432.50
  • Township Road Levy = $480,525.75
  • Property Assessment = $45,906.75 (after 10 years of collections)

Status: An application to the State Capital Improvement Program was submitted on September 16, 2016.  The Township will find out in December whether or not this project will be awarded the grant funding needed to move forward with construction in the spring of 2018.
