- Hey Community Members! Take advantage of a Great Deal by making a $10 pledge/donation to the NWLSD/Northgate Scholarship Fund. The first 300 people to pledge $10 or more to the Scholarship Fund for our NWLSD students will automatically win a Gift Card worth $25 to $500. $10,000 in Gift Cards will be given away to the first 300 pledges. To date, Northgate has less than 50 pledges, so you still have time to win.
All donations go towards a new scholarship that Northgate has established for 2 Colerain High School seniors and 2 Northwest High School seniors. Seniors who plan to attend any type of post high school studies, and have a 2.5 grade point average are eligible for these scholarships. Seniors should see their counselors for a simple application.
Scholarship and Gift Cards winners will be announced at a rally on May 29, 2010 at 9:30 A.M. at Northgate. You need not be present to win!! Don’t miss out! Stop by the Customer Service Desk at Northgate and make your pledge and support our high school seniors!!!

- Waycross Community Media will once again host summer camps for area youth in grades 3 through 12. Campers will learn all about video production - Field Production, Editing, and Studio Production, and will produce several videos that will be shown on local cable TV.
Each week, campers will have the opportunity to join us on a field trip to have fun and get experience capturing footage in the field. This years schedule is still in the works, but past field trips have included Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, WLWT-TV News 5, Cincinnati Observatory, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Fitworks Fitness Center, Greenhills Pool, Showcase Cinemas and Northwest Bowling Lanes.
