Special Rescue & Homeland Security

Station 79 houses Rescue 200 of the Hamilton County Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team. This highly specialized team responds throughout Hamilton County and the surrounding area providing technical rescue such as high angle, confined space, and trench rescue. Several members of the department have received specialized training and serve as members of the USAR Team.
