The 9 acres of land is owned by the Winton Woods School District which, in turn, leases the property to Springfield Township. The Township developed the area in 1973. It is an active athletic field area located on Winton Road just south of Winton Woods. The area includes a paved parking lot, shelter, swings, four baseball fields (in season) and is used for youth football/soccer (in season) practice.
