Springfield Township purchased and began developing the park in 1978. It includes two paved parking lots, four baseball fields (in season), two soccer fields (in season), one youth football field (in season), a picnic shelter and a playground area. The park is accessible from Hamilton Avenue and Ruth Avenue.
