BARTENDER/EVENT
FACILITATOR
Springfield Township, Hamilton County, Ohio is
currently seeking up to 4 dependable, punctual, service-oriented people to fill
2 to 4 part-time, year-round positions of Bartender/Event Facilitator with the
Township Senior/Community Services Department.The Bartender/Event Facilitator checks identification to
ensure guests meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol,
evaluates the appearance and conduct of guests to ensure that they are not
intoxicated, fills drink orders where appropriate and refuses to serve guests
who are underage and guests who are intoxicated regardless of age, and collects
payment at the Grove Banquet facility and grounds. In addition to bartending
duties, the Bartender/Event Facilitator will set up and break down for events.
This
position requires an individual to be TIPS Certified (or be willing to become
TIPS Certified before hire date).Qualified applicants must also have a high school diploma or general
education degree (GED) and at least one year of bartending experience,
including cash handling.
