Hillman, Sherwin Williams, Meggitt, Cincinnati Air Conditioning, RJ General and Springfield Township are among the township's largest employers. Together, these businesses will hold the first community Job Fair and you are invited! Come prepared to meet hiring professionals and learn more about the positions they have immediately open.

The Job Fair will take place at the Springfield Township Arts Center, located at 9158 Winton Road, from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (The Art Center is located behind the Springfield Township Administration/Fire Station building) Each business will be located in a different area of the building so holding conversations will be easy and efficient. Masks will be required and participants will be asked to sign in at the front desk upon arrival.

"Springfield Township created the BusinessMatters! program in 2018  to support business retention and expansions in the township," shared Kathleen Kennedy, Director of Administrative Services for Springfield Township. "Since businesses have reopened, many have had difficulty simply getting the word out that good positions are open and available. The Job Fair will support our largest local businesses, as well as individuals who have been searching for jobs since the pandemic," said Kathleen. "If this event is successful, additional job fairs for local businesses will likely be scheduled in the future."

Positions range in pay up to $22 an hour and include a variety of seasonal, part-time and full-time opportunities. Some of the expected positions include quality inspectors, packaging operators, HVAC installers, manufacturing production operators, project sales engineers, laborers, firefighters, EMT's and paramedics. For more information, call Kathleen Kennedy at 513-522-1410.
