ArtsConnect and the Powel Crosley YMCA

ArtsConnect and the Powell Crosley Jr. YMCA brings the excitement of Halloween festivities and outdoor big screen movies to Springfield Township! Enjoy free family activities and a not-so-scary movie under the stars on our huge, 16 ft inflatable screen.  Admission is free, however donations are greatly appreciated to keep events coming!

The field opens at 6:00 p.m. with family activities

  • Trunk-or-Treating With Local Businesses
  • Pumpkin Painting
  • Ghost Busters Hay Maze
  • Design a Race Car and Join the Ghost Races
  • Scooby-Do Word Find Scavenger Hunt
  • Get Your Family Selfie in the Mystery Machine
  • Free coffee and hot chocolate (Up to 200 guests)

The movie will begin around 7:15 p.m. (when it is dark enough to see the movie)

Concessions available for purchase - popcorn, hot dogs, pop, bottled water, ice cream and light up necklaces

What to wear and what to bring:

This will be a Halloween event, so costumes are welcome and encouraged!

Families are welcome to bring food and drinks. Alcohol can NOT be brought in due to the liquor licensing on the township campus. (Concessions, including hot dogs, popcorn, snacks and  pop will be sold at the events.)

It would be a good idea to bring a flashlight. (It will be dark when you leave after all!)

Bring blankets and lawn chairs to sit on.

Please be sure to clean up any wrappers from your area before you leave. THANK YOU!
