The Springfield Township Zoning Board will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday February 23, 2022 in the Township Administration Building, 9150 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. The purpose is to consider case ZC2022-001, an application by Mr. Jeffrey Lonchor, CESO, Inc., on behalf of the property owner 8444 Winton Road, LLC, for a Final Development Plan within the Winton Road Corridor Overlay District.  

The property is currently zoned C-PUD “Commercial Planned Unit Development”.
