Colerain, Ross and Springfield townships joined together to form a trash consortium to offer their residents an enhanced trash and recycling service at a low monthly rate. The townships voted to make Rumpke the exclusive waste and recycling service provider for its residents. No other trash company can offer residential service in the area.
